Spanish Blackjack Gold is another game from the Blackjack family, only this time it comes from the game maker Microgaming. This card game is not very different from other games of this type. The goal of this game is to reach 21 points and beat the dealer.
Spanish Blackjack Gold, Win, Player Win
The game is played with eight decks and 48 cards, 10’s have been taken out of each of those decks, so each deck is 48 cards. The cards have a value written on them, and the tricks are worth ten points. Aces can be worth 1 and 11 points.
At the beginning of the game, the dealer deals two cards to the player and to himself, the difference is that he gives himself the cards facing up and deals the other cards facing down. The dealer can look at his cards before showing them to the player.
Up to 9 cards can be dealt in this game, provided that the cards value does not exceed 21. If the hand value does not exceed 21 even after 9 cards have been dealt, the game ends.
The dealer can deal cards until he reaches the value of 16, after which he no longer deals cards to himself, but he can only deal cards to the player.
Outcomes of the bet
- If the dealer has a card value in his hand that exceeds 21 and the player has 21 or less, then the player wins.
- If the first card dealt to the player is an Ace and the second card is a value of 10, then he has blackjack and no more cards are dealt.
- If both the player and the dealer have blackjack or their hand value is 21, then that is a tie and the player wins.
- If the player and the dealer have cards of the same value in their hand, then is a tie and the bet is returned to the player.
